I will be uploading sample diets, as well as sample workouts for you to browse and learn more about. Tracking Caloric and Nutrient Intake Fruit and vegetables are essential to eating a nutrional and healthy diet. I once, had a Nutrition Professor who said, "Eat a Variety in Moderation." I feel this is the key to a balanced diet. For instance, If I only ate peanut butter and jelly sandwhiches all day long clearly I am not recieving my daily fruit and vegetable requirements that will allow me to get the proper antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals into my body. In fact, on a diet consisting of just bread, peanut butter, and jelly I may actually gain weight as well have break out on my face due to all the oil from the peanut butter.
